Monday August 12th – (ARRIVAL DAY No Later Than 11:30am)

  • 7:00am – Gates & registration open (must be signed in and registered no later than 12pm)
  • (YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE SUNDAY AUG 11th)
  • 12:00pm – Leadership meeting – Worship Tent (all staff & volunteers)
  • Huddle leader meeting as well in this time 
  • 1:00pm – Opening Ceremony, Rider & Family Meeting(Required for all)
  • 2:30pm – Training begins (Anthony’s & Dan’s schedule)
  • Staging
  • 4:45pm – Training concludes 
  • 4:45 – 6:00pm – Free Time
  • 6:00pm – Catered Dinner Served
  • 7:15pm – Todd play music as a call to worship
  • 7:30pm – Evening Program Begins Worship

  • Morning Hole Shot! w/Ty & Kellie (Youth 17 and under)
  • Morning Tune Up! - Marriage & Relationship w/Pastor Frank (Adults 18 and up)
  • 8:15am – Rider’s meeting FCA Trailer National Anthem & Prayer
  • 8:25am – Flaggers to stations
  • 8:30am – MX FREERIDE Staging/Off-Road to Rock Staging Area (by TG #)
  • 8:45am – Training program begins 


  • 9:45am – Groups (1-OR) (3-MX)) ARRIVE at “The Fueling Station” (Dan’s Camp)
  • 10:20 Group (1&3) head back to same training area
  • 10:30am – Group (2-OR) ARRIVE at“The Fueling Station” (Dan’s Camp)
  • 11:05 Groups (2) head back to same training area
  • 12:00 – 1:00pm – Break - Lunch (on own)
  • 1:00 – Flaggers to stations

  • 10:00am – Training & Freeride MX & Woods
  • 12:00pm – MX Competitive event (Anthony)
  • 1:00pm – Family together laps & Family Photos
  • 2:00pm – Program concludes

Arrival 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE ON SUNDAY AUG 11TH ANYTIME!


Must arrive: NO LATER THAN 11:30am Monday August 12th 

Once parked go immediately to registration to receive your welcome packs

1:00pm Opening ceremonies (REQUIRED FOR ALL)

Anyone entering the event Riders, NON-Riders, Volunteers, must be PRE-registered

  • Online registration for family’s participation in training is pre-registered
  • Or Volunteer form filled out by non-registered volunteers is pre-registered

There is gate verification upon arrival




Wrist Bands

Every person: Registered (and NON-Registered Volunteers) will be given colored wrist bands at registration on Monday


Dinner: Dinner will be served each evening for all “Registered Families & “Confirmed Volunteers”. A dinner wristband will be provided at check in (Note: breakfast & lunch on own)

  • To enter the food line, you must have the proper wrist band indicating you were PRE-registered and accounted for. 
  • Only a YELLOW or GREEN wristband gets you fed!
  • We are not able to provide special food needs – Self monitor food allergy concerns
  • Breakfast & Lunch M-T On your own
  • Breakfast provided on Friday 7am-8am

Riders: All riders must be registered and must have the correct color wrist band on to enter track or in woods with a bike


NOTE: No track/trail riding unless you are registered as a rider and participating in the training program or a confirmed pre accounted for volunteer



Riders/Family Meetings

Each days Riders/Family meeting is mandatory



Participation

This event and program is provided by FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). As a registered participant we are asking that all families participate in all the events above at the scheduled times.




Overnight Camping

RV’s must be PRE-registered and camp in designated areas



Parents/Guardians

You must always remain at the track with their children (no drop off)


Consent Forms

If bringing a child other than your own, please bring a signed guardian form by the child’s parent(s)



Safety

Safety is our priority! If you are involved in any part of the training program and you are not comfortable with or you deem as unsafe it is your responsibility to remove your self from the riding and report it to the trainer immediately


Pit Riding

Travel through the pits at idle speeds always to keep the pits safe


Respect the Property

We are incredibly blessed and grateful for the Hudon’s for allowing this event on their private property. Please respect the fact we are guests of theirs and it is a privilege to participate in the track and off-Road training and camping Dan & Jodi have provided. Please help us to keep the property safe, clean, and respected



Pets

Pets are allowed but must always remain on a leash. Please pick up after your pet as they rid themselves of waste on the ground. (Pick up crap)



Quiet time

Please respect quite time which begins at 10:30pm each evening



Alcohol/Drugs

No alcohol or recreational drugs are permitted at this event



Water (IMPORTANT) 

Fill your campers with drinking water prior to arrival

Large tanks available on site for filling campers for gray water needs ONLY (NOT DRINKABLE WATER)

Please do not use the owner’s hoses for filling any large capacity tanks. This causes their well to run dry 


RV Pump Out

Camper pumping, if needed, will be $60 a camper available on Wednesday Noon – 1pm

SIGN UP REQUIRED by Tuesday 08/15 5:00pm or email me ahead of time preferred

  • This will be at the campers cost and paid directly to Mark at Swartout’s Jons
  • Cost is $60
